IT Services .Provision of IT related services on need basis as per required. c. Internet Services . Connection fiber optic with ONT. . Speed 50Mbps with truly Unlimited Download & uploading . 24 hrs helpline/ Customer Support Service . Mobile Application/ Web for management/ Status Monitoring d. Provision of Security Guards . Purely temporary & on monthly remuneration basis. . Proper uniform with weapon (Valid Government License) . Armed forces retired person. e. Hiring of Mini Bus/Coaster Services . For pick & drop from Dhoke Sydian, Bakra Mandi, Harly street, Kacheri Choke, Old airport, Koral Choke Rawalpindi to Zeropoint, Islamabad and back. f. Janitorial Services .Provision of trained Janitorial Staff on need basis. g. Plumbing Carpentry Electrical Services .Providing/fixing of Floor/Wall Tiles, Ceiling, Wooden Doors, Wash Room Fittings, White Washing, Floor Grinding, PVC Paneling, Wooden Wall Partition and PVC hard Paneling etc.(as per list) Eligibility Criteria Interested firms must: . Have established operational officer in all major including Islamabad. . Be registered with FBR and listed or the ATL fore both Income Tax and GST. . Be registered on the PPRA e-PADS Portal. Submission of Proposals . Tender document are available at www.pid.gov.pk and the e-PADS portal. . Bidders must submit proposals through the e-PADS Portal only, duly signed and stamped. . A Security Deposit of 5% of the quoted price in shape of Pay Order in favor of Drawing & Disbursing Officer, PID, Islamabad must be uploaded. . Hard copy submissions will not be accept or entertained Deadline for submission (July 30, 2026 by 02:00 PM). Late submission will not be accepted. Terms & Conditions 1. Firms must be valid vendors of AGPR, Islamabad for the financial year 2026-27. 2. Payment will be made upon submission of verified invoice and completion of AGPR pre-audit. 3. Sales Tax invoices or bill of entry(where applicable) must be submitted. 4. Bidders must provid: . NTN . Sales Tax Registration Number . AGPR Vendor Number . IBAN Details 5. Penalties may be imposes in case of no-performance or failure to supply. 6. All applicable government taxes will be deducted at source. 7. PID reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason(as per PPRA Rules). 8. Rates must remained valid until June 30,2027. Important Notice . Blacklisted firms are not eligible to apply. . Incomplete, partial, or conditional proposals will be rejected. . Late submission will not be considered. .
