Supply of Laptop ComputersInter State Gas Systems (Private) Limited (ISGS) is a company working under the auspices of Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), Government of Pakistan. ISGS invites electronic bids from the original distributors/authorized suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department for supply of laptop computers. e-bidding documents as per regulations, containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions, specifications and requirements etc., are available for the registered bidders on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk and www.isgs.com.pk. The electronic bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the e-bidding documents, must be submitted by using e-PADS at or before 1500 hrs. on 30 July 2026. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 1530 Hrs. on www.eprocure.gov.pk. In case the day of proposal submission and technical proposal opening falls on a public holiday, next working day shall be considered as the deadline for the same. Notification of the GRC constituted in terms of Rule-48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004 is provided on procuring agency’s website (www.isgs.com.pk), on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk.
